Welcome to Sital ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our applications and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

Our Services are suitable for ages 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you are under 17, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before using the Services.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users' use
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the system
• Upload content that infringes copyright or is harmful

3. User Content

Images uploaded for virtual try-on may be processed and retained for service delivery, quality improvement, debugging and security. You are responsible for ensuring all content you upload complies with copyright and third-party rights.

By uploading content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive license necessary to provide the Services
• The right to process, store, and display the content
• The right to perform AI model processing and generate visualizations

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content (text, graphics, logos, features) are owned entirely by us and our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription Plans:

We offer subscription plans for access to premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and renewal terms are specified within the App.

Payment:

Payments are processed through platform providers such as the App Store or Google Play Store. Billing and refund policies are subject to the platform's terms.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Account Deletion and Data Rights

If you wish to delete your account and data, you may request this by emailing bunyaminkivanc1@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal obligations and security reasons.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the Services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts.
